Good Shepherd Senior Living — A Vision for Compassionate Care

Good Shepherd is a purpose-built residential care campus planned to serve the Lockwood, Missouri, community and beyond. The new facility will bring skilled nursing, memory care, and residential care together under one roof while expanding access to vital rehabilitation services. Residents will benefit from on-site physical rehabilitation, and community members throughout the region will have access to outpatient therapy, allowing them to recover from surgery, illness, or injury close to home.

The facility encompasses the following care environments:

  • Residential Care — 20 private units at 500 sq. ft. each
  • Memory Care — 2 private units at 280 sq. ft. and 6 shared units at 270 sq. ft.
  • Skilled Nursing — 36 private units at 280 sq. ft. and 20 semi-private units at 400 sq. ft.

Skilled Nursing

Licensed nursing care for residents with complex medical needs or recovering from hospitalization. Skilled nursing services bring medical expertise directly to the facility, reducing unnecessary hospital readmissions and keeping residents closer to family.

Physical Therapy & Rehab

Residents will benefit from on-site physical rehabilitation, and community members throughout the region will have access to outpatient therapy, allowing them to recover from surgery, illness, or injury close to home.
